25.10.2015 इस साल पंजाब केसरी , पंजाब की शान जस्सा पट्टी पहलवान ने पंजाब की धरती पर हिन्दुस्तान के बड़े बड़े सूरमाओं को धुल चटा दी हैं। पंजाब के कोने कोने पर
पहलवान के नाम से डंका बज रहा है। उनके अब लाखों दीवाने हैं।

मैं जस्सा के कुछ फैन से मिला , जस्सा पंजाब में कहीं भी लड़े वो कुश्ती देखने जरूर पहुँचते हैं , चाहे कितनी ही दूरी क्यों न हो। अब सवाल ये था की क्या वही कुश्ती क्या जस्सा मैट पर भी दिखा पाएंगे ?

उनके फैंस तो उनकी तरफ थे ही सारा कुश्ती जगत भी जस्सा के साथ हो लिया। चंडीगढ़ केसरी के फाइनल तक जब जस्सा पहुंचे तो सब खुश थे। फाइनल में जस्सा की कुश्ती आई मोनू पहलवान से। मोनू इंटरनेशनल सीनियर पहलवान हैं। और उन्होंने परोपर भारतीय कुश्ती के कैंपो में बेहतरीन मैट कुश्ती की ट्रेनिंग ली हैं। मैट के माहिर मोनू ने जस्सा पर शानदार पट खींचे तो जस्सा ने फूर्ति से उछल कर दांव ही नहीं बचाया बल्कि मोनू से चार पॉइंट भी ले लिए। कुश्ती रोचक हो गई बच्चों की तरह मैट पर छलांगे भरते जिसने भी जस्सा को देखा दीवाना हो गया। मोनू की कोशिश जारी रहीं पहला राउंड चार चार से बराबर रहा। कुश्ती के दुसरे राउंड में जस्सा हैवी रहे , और भारी पड़ते चले गए। साथ ही दर्शकों की तालियों का शोर भी बढ़ता चला गया। जब जस्सा जीते तो मनोरंजन की सीमा न रही थी पैसे वसूल हो चुके थे। दंगल का सा माहौल बन गया था।

जिन लोगों को कुछ काम नहीं होता , वे दूसरों पर ऊँगली उठा कर खुद को बिजी कर लेते हैं। पंजाब में कुश्ती की कवरेज में मन लग रहा था , लेकिन कुछ लोगों की छींटाकशी से आहत हो कर वापस लौट आया। मेरे पास दो वीडियो कैमरा हैं , एक घिस -2 के ठीक से वीडियो भी नहीं बना पा रहा। इसको रिपेयर करने के लिए पैसे जोड़ने होंगे। फिलहाल ये कुश्ती देखिये जिसमे जस्सा पट्टी सतेंदर मोखरिया से कुश्ती लड़ रहा हैं , आज की डेट में दोनों पहलवानो ने एक नंबर पे धूम मचा राखी हैं। There are people who comment meaninglessly , when I say , I am serving selflessly for Kushti. One such remark by a man broke me , and i came back. But before this I worked so hard , that even my camera failed to capture accurately, in the daylight it is giving dark results, since it is a no profit work, it is hard to collect money for such repairs, but that will not stop me shooting , until it stops working.

But Jassa Patti has been performing these daring feats almost every day in Punjab, nowadays. People are liking this , and his fan following is growing day by day. Baba Sodhi Bhagat ji , head of Kushti -Dangal , or as called in Punjab , the Chinj Committee - Gugga Madi No -3 , Village Rajpur, Surajpur, ( Panchkula) Organised this competition for the title of the best cadet under 16 ( Bal Kesri ) and best junior under 18 ( Yuva Kesri ). It was a pan-Indian event. The international rules directed by FILA wrestling were adhered. The theme however was kept Indian Style. hence it can be called a mix of Indian and International style wrestling a new trend in the traditional wrestling being witnessed now a days. The Indian Kushtiwrestling scenario is changing this way inclining towards the mat all thanks to the new school coaches and gurus who have new ideology and who want to conduct the the wrestling according to the Fila Rules. Baba Sodhi Bhagat ji, the organizer , and the coaches and gurus namely Darshan Lal ji, R.S. Kundu ji, Subhash Malik ji, Golu Pahlwan, Ajay Pathak, Sant Pahlwan and many others made this event look like a modern Kushti wrestling event.
